The approach

You’re not “just stressed.”
And you’re not imagining it.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is real, common, and treatable, and it deserves more than a rushed referral. This clinic was built around one idea: care works better when someone actually listens.

i.

Listen first

Evaluations follow the bio-psycho-social model: your history, your life, your goals. Not just the body part that hurts.

ii.

Explain everything

Evidence-based practice, translated into plain English. You’ll always know what we found, why it matters, and what happens next.

iii.

Treat one-on-one

Manual therapy, exercise instruction, posture and gait work, every session with your therapist, never handed off to a tech.

Diana Fassett, BS, PT, has practiced advanced pelvic-floor physical therapy since earning the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) in 2006, a credential held by a small fraction of therapists nationwide.

Common questions

Asked quietly, answered plainly.

Is pelvic floor therapy… awkward?
It’s normal to feel nervous. Most patients do at first. Every session is private and one-on-one, everything is explained before it happens, and nothing proceeds without your comfort and consent. The awkwardness fades fast; the relief tends to stay.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Arizona allows direct access to physical therapy, so in most cases you can book an evaluation without a referral. Some insurance plans have their own rules, so we’ll help you check yours before your first visit.
How many visits will I need?
Honest answer: it depends on what the evaluation finds. You’ll get a real estimate after your first session, and the plan gets adjusted as your body responds, not stretched to fill a package.
I’m an athlete, not a “patient.” Is this for me?
Especially for you. Endurance-sport rehabilitation is half this practice: gait mechanics, biomechanics, return-to-race planning. Bring your training log to the first session.
Insurance

We help you verify your coverage before your first visit. One less thing to think about.
