The room

Six ways to recover, under one roof.

Everything here is chosen for one job: getting you back to training sooner. Stack them in a single visit or come in for the one thing you need.

Cold · up to -124°F

Whole body cryotherapy

A walk-in chamber with a glass door, cooled far below freezing. It is a very dry cold, and far easier to sit through than icing yourself for fifteen minutes at a time. Used for inflammation, soreness and joint pain.

3 to 4 minFirst session $35
Cold · 48 to 51°F

Cold plunge

A private room, water held between 48 and 51°F. The first shock passes quickly as your body adapts. Our team talks you through the breathing so you can manage the plunge like a pro.

1 to 10 minSession $35
Compression

NormaTec compression

Air chambers pulse in a wave up your legs, arms or hips, mimicking your own circulation. It feels like a massage, moves nutrients into the muscle faster and gradually opens up flexibility.

30 minSession $35
Heat · radiant

Infrared sauna

Radiant heat that works on sore muscles from the inside out and supports your immune system. Pairs with the plunge for contrast work, which is where most members end up.

Heat · red light

Red light therapy

Low level light used alongside heat and cold as part of a recovery stack, rather than as a standalone miracle. Ask us where it actually fits in your week.

The protocol

One session feels good. A protocol changes things.

This is the part most recovery studios never tell you, because a single drop in visit is easier to sell. Cold works on repetition, not on novelty.

PHASE 01

Seven sessions, fourteen days

If you are dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, a joint issue or an injury, this is what we recommend before you judge whether cryotherapy works for you. Repetition is what moves endorphin and hormone levels.

PHASE 02

Two to three a week

Once the inflammation and symptoms settle, you move into maintenance. Most people hold their gains here without thinking about it much.

TRAINING

After the hard sessions

If you are simply training hard rather than rehabbing, come in after a heavy session or the next day. That is where it cuts delayed onset soreness and shortens the turnaround.

Why we say this out loud
We would rather tell you it takes seven sessions and be right, than sell you one and let you decide cold does not work.
Proposed brand voice, written by Rinlio. Not a quote from anyone.

Everyone responds differently, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think this is the right tool for what you have going on.

Chill & Recharge

Daily access, for less than two sessions a week.

Built for people who train year round and stopped thinking of recovery as a treat. Come in every day if you want to.

  • Daily cold plunge, no booking friction
  • One core service every day: 20 minute infrared sauna, NormaTec compression, or red light
  • The same room and the same staff every time you walk in

Questions

Before your first session.

Do I have to be an athlete?
No. The name says athlete because that is who we started with, but most of the people in here are simply active: runners, lifters, people on their feet all day, people coming back from an injury. Cold plunge in particular is as much about mental resilience as it is about sport.
What does cryotherapy actually feel like?
Think of a walk in freezer with a glass door. It is a very dry cold, which is why three or four minutes is comfortable for most people, and far more tolerable than sitting with ice packs on for fifteen minutes several times a day. Someone is with you the whole time.
How cold is the plunge, and how long do I stay in?
We hold it between 48 and 51°F. Sessions run anywhere from one to ten minutes, and we recommend aiming for one minute on your first visit. The initial shock eases quickly once your body adapts, and we coach you through the breathing.
How often should I come?
For chronic pain, inflammation, joint issues or an injury, do seven sessions inside fourteen days before you decide whether it is working. After that, two to three a week is enough to hold it. If you are just training hard, come in after your heavy sessions or the day after.
Is a membership worth it over paying per session?
If you come more than about twice a week, yes. Chill & Recharge is $149 a month for daily cold plunge plus one core service a day, which is where most of our regulars land. If you are not sure yet, book a single session first and decide after.

Come in sore.
Leave ready.

Your first cryotherapy session, cold plunge or compression session is $35. Book online, or call the room and we will find you a slot today.

About this page. This is an unsolicited redesign concept for Athlete Recovery Room in Orlando, built by Rinlio as a demonstration of how a sports recovery brand can be presented online. We are not affiliated with the business and were not asked to make it. Every fact used here, including services, temperatures, durations, prices, hours, address and the Google rating, comes from the clinic's own public website and listing. The three review cards are clearly marked placeholders, because inventing testimonials is the one thing we will not do.
